Multi-Family Residential
The U20 project was designed using Seattle’s code for small efficiency dwelling units. The spaces are created by minimizing the excess areas of a typical apartment to maximize efficiency and space needed for transient, student oriented housing. Like other buildings in the area, the exterior was directly influenced by the design guidelines of Seattle.
Note: the computer rendering was completed prior to the construction of the project.
