Hansen Addition

Requiring an in-home office and an open floor plan centered around the kitchen, a 400 sq ft addition and interior remodel has modernized this 70's style home.

The office addition is set back from the front facade and follows the angle of the property line to obtain the desired space. The interior redesign replaced a wall with a breakfast bar, promoting the kitchen to the hub of activity without crowding the chef.
