Magnolia Remodel

The homeowners wanted a more efficient and spacious upper floor level for three bedrooms and two baths. The existing roof line was low along the outside which diminished all the rooms' usefulness.

We demolished the upper floor down to the floorboards and rebuilt a new second level to add height and a better layout. The remodel also allowed for new windows and a complete re-brick of the exterior to create a more dignified home
