BANK OF WASHINGTON -
EDMONDS, WA
A new bank branch designed for a growing banking institution that began in
this town. This building serves as the flagship for the Bank and the basis
for design of future branches. Set on a prominent corner in downtown
Edmonds, the bank addresses the cities concerns of defining the corner of
two streets and providing a pedestrian friendly experience with parking
opportunities for those who are mobility challenged or coming from a
distance.

Rain City Fencing – Bellevue, WA
Created out of the shell of a former warehouse building, the project
required the removal of most internal columns and placement of steel beams
to span the space without removal of the roof structure. Dimensions, Inc.
collaborated with Bassetti Architects on the design of the interior layout
and materials for the finished space. The finished space nearly quadrupled
the schools previous floor space and allows for tournament play throughout
the year.

Sumner Retail Building 1 – Sumner, WA
Located at the corner of two main access roads to the east of downtown
Sumner, this project anchors the corner at the center of planned
redevelopment along Main Street. The tower provides a focal point and
landmark for those heading to the new retail development surrounding this
project. The style was an effort to bring some historical context to the
area based on the founding of the town at the turn of the last century.

Sumner Retail Building 2 – Sumner, WA
Adjacent to the retail building and designed to compliment that structure,
this building was designed for restaurant use. The pedestrian concourse
between the buildings allowed for easy access from parking at the rear
while setting the building along the street edge to maintain a pedestrian
friendly street frontage.

Loveridge House
Set on tight sloping site on the shores of Lake Sammamish, the owner
desired a three level home where all the main gathering spaces had a lake
view and adjacent exterior spaces. The plan was a collaboration of the
owners preliminary design sketches, the interior designer’s vision for the
interior spaces and the architects mandate to make it all come together.

woods on the exterior and interior window, doors and trim turned this into
a comfortable and informal respite from the daily grind of life. The plan
allows for comfortably entertaining 50 people while feeling intimate when
